MORTIFILIA: Unikátní forma výroční vinylové edice!

Před vydáním řadového alba coby velké gramodesky se vším všudy (a pochopitelně něčím navíc), považuji za optimální se na vinylu postupně několikrát uvést, řekněme dílčími kroky. Západočeská melodicky deathmetalová Mortifilia to k dnešnímu dni stihla třikrát. Považte sami, 12" sampler Constellation Of Death (2009), samostatný 7" picture disk singl "My Gods Are Buried" (2009) a konečně aktuální mini 12" LP "Christ Hunt" (2012), o kterém bude dále řeč.

Čtyřčlenná skupina v dodnes nezměněné sestavě vznikla v roce 1998, vydala dema "...In Your Head" (1999), "Care Of Gomorrah" (2000) a "Christ Hunt" (2002). Pak už následovaly velké desky "Redemption" (2005) a "Embrace" (2008). Před nimi bylo nejvíce ceněné právě třetí demo, od jehož vydání letos uplynulo 10 let. Po dosažení 500 prodaných CD-R je právě teď venku vinylová verze jako akt výročí a zpečetění dobové práce, aby se nad titulem coby fyzickým nosičem definitivně a se ctí uzavřelo nebe.

Limitovaná sběratelská edice sedmiskladbového dema vychází v ručně číslovaném nákladu 100 kusů u Magick Disk Musick, a sice pro staré fanoušky kapely, sběratele a vinylové milovníky tuzemské metalové scény. Smysl vydání je dále ve vzpomínce na dobu před velkými alby, zachování téměř půlhodinové nahrávky na nejtrvanlivějším hudebním nosiči všech dob a výroční připomenutí nejúspěšnějšího dema kapely. Striktní malonáklad vychází na transparentním červeném vinylu v klasickém červenočerném obalu s vnitřní přílohou s texty.

Vydání deset let starého dema "Christ Hunt" je dále v širším měřítku unikátní ve své formě - neboť pokud kdy na tuzemské scéně došlo na dema, lovilo se doposud výhradně v předrevolučních tutovkách, v podstatě bez ohledu na zvuk a úroveň materiálu. Schválně, ukažte na jeden jediný vinyl, který je původem jenom deset let starým demem.
